We have a new developer Ped. He has been working on code for modelling antennae in different materials.

I have added a card called 'MP' that lets you change the material parameters in an NEC antenna description. This means that when this work is complete you can model radiating structures embedded in materials with different permittivity and permeability (or different refractive index)

MP 0 0 0 0 <permittivity> <permeability>
