Project:ejabberd LDAP shared roster module

Added TLS support and fixed a crash on encountering junk in search results.

Detailed changelog:

* changed group_entries_to_dict/7 to ignore (rather than crash on) UIDs which cause jlib:nodeprep/1 to return atom error — for example junk entries which are over 1KiB long.

* added support for TLS connections to the LDAP server, consistent with the support in other ldap-based modules (bug #312652)
