Summary:
#381018: gcc-defaults: FTBFS on hurd-i386

Detailed description
This little patch:
- disables gcj-4.1-base B-D on hurd-i386;
- disables gnat package (for which hurd-i386 isn't in Architecture:, thus making the build fail), using a test on hurd-386 instead of i386-gnu ($DEB_HOST_ARCH);
- shows a side-effect (AFAIUI): modifications in the README file. [To confirm]
