Add multiarch support to dpkg

Detailed description
The patch series adds multiarch to dpkg in the following steps:

architectures-conffile.patch: add /etc/dpkg/architectures support
multi-arch-field.patch: add Multi-Arch: abi | cmd | no field to dpkg
meta-file-names.patch: add support for /var/lib/dpkg/info/libfoo_i386.list
per-arch-packages.patch: track packages for multiple archs in the database

While this allows adding multiarch package already dependencies are not tracked correctly and will break if more than one architecture for a file is installed.
