Summary:
AGFA snapscan 1212u stopped working from libsane 1.0.24 to 1.0.25

Detailed description
I have Debian GNU/Linux 32 bit. Scanner is connected via usb.

It's working fine with
ii libsane:i386 1.0.24-8+deb8u2 i386
ii libsane-common 1.0.24-8+deb8u2 all

but not working with version 1.0.25 of these files.

i guess problem is:
[dll] sane_get_devices: found 0 devices

I attach the output of
export SANE_DEBUG_DLL=255

First, i tried with 10.0.25, then i downgraded to 10.0.24, did a scanimage -L and a scanimage >out.png.
